Parker Adams is an award-winning boat broker based at beautiful Hamble Point Marina on the south coast. As one of the UK industry’s leading boat sales businesses, the company prides itself on offering top-tier services, including drone videography, 360-degree tours and high-quality photography for all its listings, from motor boats, RIBs and sports boats, to luxury yachts.
They tasked us with taking charge of their entire social media presence, with a focus on Instagram, Facebook and YouTube. The aim was to leverage their stunning visual content to reach as wide an audience as possible and drive interest in their listings.
We devised a comprehensive strategy to ensure content reached its target audience across these platforms. For Instagram and Facebook, regular posts with a mix of visually striking posts highlighted Parker Adams’ yacht listings. We also initiated Community posts on YouTube to foster engagement and audience interaction. Recognising the growing popularity of short-form content, particularly on YouTube Shorts, we incorporated this into our content strategy. Stunning drone footage and 360 tours was condensed into bite-sized, engaging snippets that captured attention and drove interest in listings.
Within a short period, the results of Parker Adams’ revamped social media strategy were evident. Instagram saw an impressive 8% growth in followers, with Facebook also experiencing positive growth, closely trailing Instagram. However, the true standout was the performance of YouTube Shorts, with tens of thousands of views. This short-form format has proved highly effective in capturing attention and driving engagement, helping to confirm Parker Adams’ position as a leader in boat sales.
