Suzuki ATV required a strong presence at LAMMA, the UK’s largest agricultural machinery and technology show. Attracting over 45,000 visitors and more than 800 exhibitors at the NEC Birmingham, the show is a key marketplace for manufacturers, dealers, farmers and industry partners to explore the latest innovations and commercial opportunities.
MindWorks Marketing has worked with Suzuki for several years, delivering high-impact solutions within this highly competitive and technically focused environment. As lead agency, we are responsible for full stand design and build, strategic planning and on-the-ground support throughout the event.
To position Suzuki ATV effectively to a diverse audience of dealers, media partners and end customers, key messaging around product capability, safety and heritage needs to be integrated, while maintaining strong brand consistency and encouraging meaningful engagement.
MindWorks delivered a comprehensive design and build solution, conceptualising and producing a stand aligned with Suzuki’s wider brand strategy. We oversaw the full build process, ensuring quality, safety compliance and efficient installation.
The design incorporated thematic elements highlighting Suzuki’s leadership in four-wheel ATV innovation and history. Supporting collateral and messaging were developed to reinforce this positioning, including promotional items, on-site safety signage and brand timeline visuals. All communications were consistent with Suzuki’s tone of voice and commercial objectives.
Throughout the event, we provided hands-on support, facilitating dealer engagement, conversations with prospective customers and liaison with media partners to secure advertising and broader coverage. Operationally, we coordinated logistics across multiple stakeholders and managed real-time adjustments to maintain a high-quality presence across all show days.
