Wetwheels Foundation

Website Design & Development

To create a project-specific website for Wetwheels, the charity which provides opportunities for all disabled people, including those with profound and complex disabilities, to access the sea in a safe and stimulating way on board specially-built, fully-accessible powerboats, for activities such as seal watching, harbour cruises, fishing trips and private functions.

We designed and built a microsite for the Wetwheels Maritime Heritage Trail consisting of an interactive map of the harbour where all points of interest (POI) had information and images that could be clicked and explored. The site was designed to be picture-led, allowing users to determine the level of detail they wished to drill down into for each POI. The website launch was supported by a very successful event with businesses and local influencers, as well as the production of a brochure and other materials.

“All the work you and your team have put in to get us to this stage is just phenomenal. What more can I say but thank you.”
